What is “uptime”?

“Uptime” refers to the period of time when KinPages.com is up and running.

We work hard so that we won’t find ourselves with a website not functioning. But stuff happens, be patient. We are a new company and our process will improve over time. For any given week where an outage exceeds three days, we’ll extend your subscription by twice that number of days. That is the full limit of our liability under this SLA.

NOTE: We are also developing an offline desktop application that syncs your data with your online notes app. When that application ships you will have a backup in case our website is down.

Will this change in the future?

Yes, we will improve our uptime promise as we build our company.
