A fair refund policy

Our refund policy is simple: The portion of your subscription fee that we donate to your chosen organization is nonrefundable. If you’re ever unhappy with our products for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll refund your latest subscription payment minus the percentage that was donated to your chosen organization: We cannot refund money that we donated, that we no longer possess. If for some reason you are unhappy with the donation you can contact your chosen organization and request a refund from them.

When we refund an amount to you, we will deliver it via our payment processor or by mailing you a check, the payment method being at our discretion.

Examples of partial refunds we’d grant.

  • If you were just charged for your next year of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge, minus the percentage that was donated to your chosen organization.
  • If you forgot to cancel your account more than a year ago and you haven’t used it since then, we’ll give you a refund for the previous year, minus the percentage that was donated to your chosen organization.
  • If you tried one of our products for a couple months and you just weren’t happy with it, you can have your money back, minus the percentage that was donated to your chosen organization.
